- Discounts and promotional offers may have additional conditions and expiration dates.
Inline notice: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate so we can send schedule details and updates.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the course start date. Within 7 days of the start date, we may issue course credit instead of a refund, at our discretion.
How cancellations work
- Cancellations are effective when confirmed in writing (email or form submission) by our team.
- If you arrive late or miss a session, missed time is typically not refundable.
- Course credit (if issued) is usually valid for a limited period and may be non-transferable.
Inline notice: If we cancel a class for operational reasons, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund for the affected session(s).
Studio Conduct
Respectful and safe behavior is required. You agree to follow instructor guidance, posted studio rules, and all safety procedures (including kiln safety) at all times.
Safety & participation
- Wear appropriate clothing; closed-toe shoes are recommended for studio environments.
- Follow tool and equipment instructions; do not operate restricted equipment without approval.
- Be considerate: keep your workspace clean and avoid interfering with other students’ work.
