How do I enroll?
Open the catalog, choose a course, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need help choosing the right level, contact us and we’ll recommend a good starting point.
What if I’m a total beginner?
That’s perfect. Our beginner courses are designed for people who’ve never touched clay. You’ll learn studio safety, basic hand-building or wheel fundamentals, and simple glazing with plenty of guidance.
Are materials included?
Yes, essentials are included unless specified. Specialty clays, large quantities, or premium glazes for advanced projects may be billed separately (we’ll always tell you before you commit).
What is your refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days, we can offer a credit that can be applied to a future course (subject to availability). If a class is canceled by us, you’ll get a full refund automatically.
Do you teach kiln operation?
Yes. Our Kiln Basics course covers firing schedules, loading strategy, cone reading, safety, and routine maintenance. It’s intended for students who already have basic clay experience.
Can I switch to a different schedule?
If there’s space, yes. Send us your preferred dates and we’ll help you move your seat. Changes close 48 hours before the session to keep class planning stable.
What should I bring or wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that can get dusty and closed-toe shoes. Short nails help on the wheel. We provide aprons when available, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
How long until my pieces are ready?
Typically 2–4 weeks depending on drying time, bisque firing queue, glazing schedule, and kiln availability. Seasonal demand can extend timelines; we’ll keep you informed.
What if I miss a class?
If you tell us ahead of time, we’ll do our best to offer a make-up session when possible. Some multi-week courses allow a limited number of make-ups depending on instructor capacity.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates can be applied to any eligible course. If the recipient wants a different class, they can use the value as credit toward another option.
